Sometimes we get off track...
Then we take time to centre ourselves again...
One practice that helps me is to take time out, move temporarily out of my everyday surroundings and establish a new Life Plan.
Here is a overview of what steps I follow and questions I ask...bare in mind I keep it as light and as strickt as only I find nessessary. The main goal is to assure my mind im on my own track and ignite the spark of authentic self to come alive again...and make it my best life on Earth! 🤠

First I take a paper and pencil. That is a way my brain wont get stuck and I feel limitless in the sessions of brainstorming.

Perform self-assessment
Prioritize your life
Identify your values
Establish your goals
Outline an action plan
